Family Law Associate Attorney

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, including depositions/examinations questions
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda
• Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Keep track of deadlines
• Proofread and review paralegal's work

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the State of Florida
• Three years or more of experience as a family law attorney
• Excellent communication and listening skills
  Research and writing skills
• Able to communicate with clients effectively to ensure client satisfaction
• Team player
