Howard Middle School – Mock Courtroom
When Rebecca L. Palmer heard that Howard Middle School in Orlando needed a mock courtroom to inspire a new generation of potential lawyers, she knew she had to get involved.
Through her contributions, the middle school was able to offer a mock-trial courtroom for students.
About Howard Middle School
The Howard Middle School Board’s mission is to engage the community to fund and foster creative inspiration and excellence at Howard Middle School. Teachers and staff members are encouraged to apply for HMS Foundation Grants to enhance their classrooms above and beyond what can be accomplished with the limited funds available to them. Thus far, we have been able to fund grants for technology, musical instruments, science and math enhancements, an iMac lab complete with full sized keyboards at each computer station, a mock-trail courtroom, a pug mill and more.
